RIDER INFORMATION

 

Registration will be held at 300 Senate Street (see map below)

Please plan to arrive by 7:30pm

Rider meeting will be at 7:45pm on Gist Street - look for sign and balloons

  • Registration begins at 6:30pm

  • Stocked Rest Areas inside

  • Restroom inside

  • Cots available for resting - located inside of an air conditioned building

  • Reserved parking for cyclist behind 300 Senate (look for sign)

  • Drawing for the Giro Ionos LiveStrong Helmet for riders who registered before August 31st will be held at the rider meeting.

  • Free Massages for riders from 9:00pm - 12:00am by the Southeastern Institute

  • Certificates for participating and surviving the ride

  • Trophy for the team with the most riders

  • Trophy for the top three riders with the most mileage to be verified by your electronic device.

  • Breakfast provided for riders who attend the Awards Ceremony

  • $10 Food Plates for Adults, $5 for Children 10 & under - purchase of this plate entitles you to all you can eat throughout the event.

  • Event t-shirts guaranteed for those riders who registered before August 31st

  • Helmets are required for all riders

  • No bike trailers, child carriers, or tag-a-longs permitted

  • Tandem Bikes welcome

  • All riders must be at least 14 years old

  • Any riders 17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult

  • Rest Areas are provided for riders.  The rest areas include water, gatorade, fruit, crackers, chairs, cots, etc.

  • The event coordinators have worked hard to insure sufficient lighting on the route

  • The route will have police officers and cones for rider safety

Ride a couple hours and enjoy a massage

Switch off with team mates throughout the night

Ride several laps and join us for the after party

Ride all night and enjoy breakfast with the other riders
