Credit Counseling Program |
During difficult times it is not
easy to manage bills and preserve assets. This program would offer
one-on-one sessions with families who are facing pediatric cancer to
discuss their finances.
Every three months a Certified
Credit Counselor would set up in a room at or near each hospital for
four hours to meet with families. Families can make appointments or
if there are available slots, families that are in the hospital that
day could meet with the counselor.
The Counselor would give easy
strategies that the families can take home and use immediately
before their finances get out of control.
For families that may need more
assistance, the Counselor can set up additional appointments to
continue to assist the families.
The Credit
Counseling Program will be held at or near Palmetto Health
Richland, Greenville Hospital Systems and The Medical University of
South Carolina.
